We understand that learning how to use a new system can be difficult. That’s why we provide valuable technical and training support at no additional charge Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 6:30PM Eastern and Nights & Weekend Emergency Support is available.
There are several ways to reach us for support or questions related to use of iClaim practice management software. We are easy to reach via phone, instant message or email. Our instant messaging solution is a favorite for hundreds of our users, and is accessible to all users on login from the first page of your web portal. Our offices are normally open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST Monday to Friday, although you will often find us here before and after those hours. For non urgent issues, we provide email support and we will usually respond within 2 hours or less.
